Step 1:Eating more fiber.
Eating foods with plenty of fiber such as fruit, fiber enriched
cereals, whole grains, and vegetable.
Step 2:Drink a lots of water.
Remember to drink a
glass of water before you eat. You should drink 8 to 10 8-oz. glasses of water per
day.
Step 3: Don't watch TV.
Keep yourself busy by walking,
working, cooking, gardening, housecleaning or helping your family. It burn calories quickly!!
Step 4:Try eating more veggies, fresh fruits, and lean meats (i.e.
chicken breast).
Make cut veggies, apples, carrot sticks or a baggie of dry
cheerios everywhere with you as snacks.
Step 5: NO ALCOHOL!
Alcohol is a main contributing factor to obesity. It
contains pure sugar and has a lot of calories.Water is a much better replacement.
Step 6: Change your lifestyle habits.
Limit or completely eliminate
processed foods, fried chicken, cheeseburgers, cookies, coffee
and junk food.Remember to stop eating so much especially at night.
Manage the portions you are eating.
